July 2011Directed Retreat

July 16 - 23
The wisdom of our Christian tradition is that it is helpful for a person who is serious about living a spiritual life to have a companion, a guide, someone with whom to share their prayer experiences. The daily conversation with a director allows the person on retreat to savor God’s activity in his/her life; it helps a person distinguish what is truly of God and what is not; it leads to even deeper prayer and richer experiences of God’s life and love.
The directors we have selected are respected for their experience in guiding and accompanying others in their search for a deeper awareness of God’s presence and activity in their lives.
If you long for a renewed sense of God’s personal love and care for you, a directed retreat just may be what you are looking for.
This retreat is an opportunity to spend much needed time in quiet prayer and reflection. The retreat is in total silence with the exception of communal prayer opportunities and daily conversations with a spiritual director.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Paul VI Pastoral Center prides itself on the quality of hospitality we offer our guests. We will do whatever we can to make you feel comfortable and at home in our home.
